All orders and purchases made through ES Forklifts Ltd are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions may be subjected to change from time to time, so please take notice and read carefully before placing your order(s). This website is owned and controlled by ES Forklifts Ltd. All orders and purchases placed via the provisions of this website shall be subject to these terms & conditions.


When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and it is being processed. 

All products are subject to availabilty, in the case where an order has come through and the product is out of stock (which has not been updated on the website), we will try to contact you via the email/phone number you provided when placing your order to make you aware of this problem. This would mean there would be a delay on the product delivery time, as we would have to replace the stock on that product, it would be to your discretion if you wanted to continue with the order and wait for the delivery or cancel the order.


All prices on our site are inclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the current rate at time of ordering (20%). We do our best to ensure all prices are correct at time of purchase, however, if prices are incorrect we will contact you directly if this effects your purchase in any way.

Payments are complete via Paypal, your payments will not be processed until we are sure we can full-fill your order.


We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product with proof of purchase and a brief explanation. We will swiftly take care of the problem. Our products come with a 6 month warentee, if you are unsure about a product please contact us and we will provide you with appropriate information.



  • Our delivery times are given in days, this means working days exludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • Delivery Cost will vary due to product type, weight and delivery location.
  • Delivery will be made to the address specified by you.
  • Most orders can be delivered within 24 hours in Ireland or 48 hours in the UK and Europe.
  • Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be held liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • If for some reason you dont receive an order within the delivery time specidfied, please contact our customer care department on 00353 47 70622
  • Our couriers arepaid to deliver on the specified time and we will want to know if they are late for any reason as to make sure it wont happen again.
  • Delivery addresses can't be changed once order(s)  have been shipped.
  • As the courier company is a third party we cannot always control their delivery time.
  • All deliveries are send with registered companies and must be signed for at the tmie of delivery.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Returns Policy

ES Forklifts Ltd takes satisfaction in its products and customer care reputation. In an event that you are not contented with a product and wish to return it you may do so:

  • within 14 days by post/courier from the day you received the goods.
  • return products must be "as new" in condition / or the way they were received.
  • Return delivery charges are subjected to you the customer, under no circumstances do we cover the return delivery charges.
  • In all respects, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
  • All items can only be returned within the terms of our returns policy, providing its in its original condition it was received, "as new" and unused.


Returns by Post or Courier

  • When returning any product (taking notice of our policy above) please post items back to us at ES Forklifts Ltd. Carrigans, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan. Ireland or our Northern Ireland Address 109 Coolkill Road, Tynan, Co.Armagh. Northern Ireland. BT60 4TA within 14days of the dispatch date for a refund in full via the original method used.
  • We will not pay for the cost of return so please ensure you choose the most convenient method that suits you and the items being returned. For your own benefit and security we recommend that you send goods via registered delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
  • We cannot accept liabilty for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned.
